My Entry for 
's contest...
I thought it would be interesting to place a serious and normally solitary creature, like BladeWind, in a social situation where she has to be kind, nurturing, and very very patient. When you're not used to taking care of a kid, the last thing you need is more than one!
Here, BladeWind is carrying out the era old tradition of passing on her race's culture and arts. One of which, archery. What else would her kin ask her to teach to their offspring?

I'm especially impressed that you chose not just to draw Bladewind with one other companion, but two. The children are adorable and I love that innocent expression on the girl who thinks she can try using Bladewind's bow. It's such a thoughtful image and the relationships between the character are well-handled.
